Professional Background

Ms. Veres  was admitted to practice in 1995.  She is also admitted to
practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the New York Bar.

Ms. Veres has been certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New
Jersey as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney.  The title “Certified
Matrimonial Law Attorney” is a designation granted by the New Jersey
Supreme Court to attorneys who demonstrate sufficient levels of
experience, education, knowledge, and skill in matrimonial law practice.  
The Supreme Court, through its Board on Attorney Certification, designates
only those lawyers who apply for certification and who are able to meet the
standards set by the Board and approved by the Court.

Ms. Veres is currently entering her fourteenth year of full-time practice,
during which time she has gained extensive experience.  Ms. Veres is an
adept negotiator and an experienced trial attorney.

Patricia is a strong, yet compassionate, advocate for her clients with unparalleled dedication to her clients’
needs.  Being a divorced single mother for many years, she brings to the practice of family law a first hand
understanding of the effects of divorce on, not only the participants, but the children.  She is the mother of
two children, ages 19 and 16.
